What is a waitlist for your event?

With a waitlist you can now enable waiting lists for fully booked events. 

How do I add a waitlist to my event?

You can add a waitlist to your already exisiting event or when you first create the event.

Note: This feature is only available for an event that has a participant limit and does not have timeslots!

How do I add a waitlist to an already existing event?




To do so, click on the three dot menu within the Event Hub and select "Edit event". In the tab "Options" you can find the checkbox "Allow signup for a waitinglist" underneath the maximum number of participants and the check box "Full-day event".

Check the "Allow signup for a waitinglist" box.

Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

Note: This feature is only available for an event that has a participant limit and does not have timeslots!


How do I add a waitlist when creating an event?



To do so, click on the "Create event" button to create a new event in the Event Hub.

In the tab "Options" you can find the checkbox "waitlist" underneath the maximum number of participants once you've checked the box "Participant limit".

Check the "Enable waitlist" box.

Click on the "Save" button to save the changes.

Note: This feature is only available for an event that has a participant limit and does not have timeslots!
