AI Support Toggle

This provides administrators with the ability to enable or disable AI support within our app. By default, our app employs AI capabilities to enhance user experience and efficiency. Yet, we understand that certain organizations may have unique data privacy considerations that lead to preferring non-AI supported operations.

It should however be noted that the deactivation of the AI support affects the usability of other features in the app. Please be aware that the following changes will occur:

Checklists Generation

Once the AI support is deactivated, users will no longer be able to use the AI powered checklist generator which allows to type in individual use cases. Instead, users will need to rely on the provided 14 pre-populated samples.

Templates Creation

Our AI offers the possibility to efficiently create new templates in the blink of an eye. Deactivating AI support will require all new templates to be manually crafted by the users. 

This update gives administrators greater control over the application's operations, empowering them to make decisions best suited for their organization. Nonetheless, we encourage administrators to consider the implications carefully before deciding to disable the AI support, as it significantly impacts specific app functionalities.
