Problem

The Linchpin Mobile app on a user's mobile device cannot connect to the Confluence server and the Keystore integrity health check is reporting an error.


Cause

Confluence uses the keystore table to save information like an application ID. If you clone a system, the entries in the keystore table are outdated. If the application ID of the server doesn't match with the stored entries in the keystore table, the Linchpin Mobile App won't work and users will not be able to connect with their mobile devices.


Resolution

The keystore table should be reset using this documentation from Atlassian:
