What is a credit and how is it created?
We offer our clients a rebate on services with the purchase of certain licenses, that are either sold directly by Atlassian or a third party. The discount equals 10% of the total bill and is offered to you as a budget, which you may use towards consulting or general services of the //SEIBERT/MEDIA staff. The discount may only be used with services, rendered by a physical person. It may not be used towards the license or other services, such as a hosting contract.
Here is an example for the procedure:
- You purchase an "Atlassian Confluence 50 user commercial license" via //SEIBERT/MEDIA.
- The resulting credit is equal to 10% of your purchasing price.
- You receive a voucher, which you may use toward a workshop with our consultants.
Which licenses are eligible for a natural discount?
You receive a credit for all new licenses and license upgrades of all Atlassian products (with exception of HipChat and bitbucket, which may only be purchased directly with Atlassian), as well as all third parties, with whom we have closed a reseller agreement (which includes all major plugins as well as selected special plugins). We are not able to offer the natural discount on support extensions. If you have questions, whether the Plugin of your choice is eligible for credit, please contact us at sales@seibert-media.net.
