Linchpin Touch is part of the Linchpin Intranet Suite and no longer available separately.


Hardware requirements

  • If the touchscreens are used exclusively for Linchpin Touch, a processor equivalent to Intel Core i3 (2Ghz +, e.g., i3 6100U) is enough. For security we recommend at least 8GB RAM.

  • Here we can recommend Intel Core i3 (2Ghz +) or equivalent / better and for security 1GB RAM.

  • The hardware should have an infrared or capacitive sensor technology. Both are equally suitable for Linchpin Touch.

  • A full-HD resolution of the screens (16: 9 / 1920x1080 pixels) is essential for an optimal presentation of the content.

  • As a browser, Google Chrome 56+ must run smoothly on the selected hardware.

Software requirements

The operating system should be one of the following (Minimum requirements):

  • Windows 7 or

  • OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) or

  • The popular Linux distributions in LTS (Ubuntu 14.04+, openSUSE 13.3+, Fedora Linux 24+)

Confluence-version

Linchpin Touch requires Confluence version 5.10 or higher.
