In this training, our trainers will guide you through the basics and first steps of working with Jira.

We will look at the origins and basic ideas behind Jira as a task management tool as well as the structuring and structure of the content:

What are projects, tasks, components, etc. and how do they relate to each other?
Creating new tasks and subtasks in Jira.
- Which task types are available?
- How can the creation screen be reduced to the necessary fields?
How can existing tasks be edited in Jira?
- Add or update information
- Assign tasks
- Change the type and project of an existing task
- How can tasks be duplicated?
What are workflows and how do they relate to tasks and Agile Boards?
How do I change the display language in Jira?

Details

This training is a basic webinar (for participants with little or no prior knowledge).

The training takes place via a Zoom video conference and is designed to be interactive. There will be enough room for individual questions and clarifications. A microphone and, in the best case, a webcam are required.
