Experience the potential and the practical use of Agile at Seibert Media in daily business! An experienced, Scrum certified Agile specialist will create an agenda with you and will lead you through a work day of our agile team with extensive explanations and explications.

Possible agenda points

Theory

  • Initial presentation:
    • Agile principles
    • Basic agile project management (backlogs, iterative processes, self organization)
    • Introduction to functions of Scrum and Kanban

Practice

  • Daily standup meetings of our Scrum teams and introduction to further Scrum meetings and their meaning
  • Meetings of our Kanban teams
  • Working in and with the visual team room
  • The task boards: functioning and best practices
  • Digital management of agile projects with JIRA and JIRA Agile
  • Discussion and exchange with team members and Scrum Product Owners.

Scope and costs

  • Duration: 4 to 8 hours
  • Costs: USD 200 per hour for your "Agile host". If you wish to include additional employees, additional costs of USD 110 to 200  per hour and employee apply.
