In most cases, desktop sharing sessions work right away. With the help of an admin, we have always been able to get a connection established. However, a good preparation is the basis for a successful meeting. Use the opportunity, to prepare the remote session with us.

In order to prepare a desktop sharing session with //SEIBERT/MEDIA it is helpful, to test, whether the computer you will be using during the presentation meets the system requirements.
If you have questions or would like to test the connection personally with us, just give us a call. We highly recommend it.
Test in your conference room!
Please be sure to conduct the test on exactly the computer and the system environment, which will later be used for the presentation. It's no use, if the tests work at your desk, while in the conference room the attendees will have to wait for it to work. (Unfortunately, it has happened before).
Hardware requirements
The following player are suitable for UCF multi media data:
- Flash Player 6.0 or higher
- Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher
- QuickTime 6.0 or higher
- A quick internet connection (ideally DSL)
