Services in a typical Linchpin project



As part of our Linchpin project, we offer a range of services.
These are workshops and training courses for users and administrators at various professional levels, as well as a service package and a support package. In this way, we aim to ensure that your project is as successful as possible and that your employees are happy with the new intranet.








Workshops


Kickoff workshop

Formal start into the project, coordination of all important framework data and parameters for the realization of the overall project.
With Atlassian Data Center, your software systems are ready for growing requirements.

Structure workshop

Workshop consisting of three components to define the navigation structure, the authorization concept and the information architecture.

Conceptual workshop

Flexible workshop with multiple sessions covering the setup and configuration of the Linchpin components you use.



Training courses


Basic user training

These training sessions are part of the structure workshop to familiarize the project team with Linchpin. Basic training sessions can also be held later to prepare your users for the intranet launch.

Expert training for power users

They address employees who will use the advanced features of Linchpin.
Admin training is recommended for IT staff and content administrators who need to be familiar with setting up, configuring and maintaining the intranet system.

Editor training

Aimed at the employees who will act as content managers. There is some overlap here with the role of administrators.

Train-the-trainer training

For power users who have completed the basic and expert training courses and who will have the task of supporting and training new users internally after the intranet has been rolled out. This training is also recommended for admins.
