Let's start with the heart of our business - our products. These are diverse tools that have a common goal: to enable agile collaboration. On the one hand, we sell software from the tech companies Atlassian and Google. That's why you often hear the saying "standing on the shoulders of giants" at Seibert Media. As official partners, we stand on the shoulders of our partners and receive margins for licensing. On the other hand, we also develop our own products in order to stand not only on the shoulders of giants, but also on our own feet.

An overview of our products:
Confluence is an Atlassian product for knowledge management. With the software, a company's own wiki can be built, with which employees can not only inform themselves but also share their own knowledge with others!
Jira is also software from our partner Atlassian. Jira enables digital and effective task management for large teams. This is particularly useful for agile project management.
As a Google partner, we also offer all Google Workspace products. This collection of useful tools for agile collaboration includes the office applications Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail and Google Meet.
Linchpin is a social intranet that we developed ourselves. It is based on Confluence Server and extends it with useful features. Here at Seibert Media, we use the cloud version of Linchpin - Linchpin Hey.
We also develop Agile Hive ourselves. It is based on Jira and enables users to implement the agile framework SAFe in Jira.
draw.io is a tool with which you can create diagrams, mind maps and much more in Confluence and Jira. By the way: Seibert Media cooperates with the developers of draw.io and takes care of marketing and sales for them.
Aura is a tool for Confluence that lets you make boring wiki pages more visually appealing. We also support the Aura team with marketing and sales.
Blueprint Creator is a tool that allows you to easily design templates for Confluence pages yourself. The company behind Blueprint Creator is a joint venture with Seibert Media.

However, Seibert Media not only takes care of licensing, but also offers a wide range of services for the products presented above. Thanks to the expertise of our employees, we can help companies find their way around the various systems. Our offering includes consulting, operational and user support packages. We also offer regular training courses and workshops for the various products - these are not only of interest to our customers, but also to our employees!
With the Consulting Package Plus, our customers receive fast, direct, and permanent support from a consultant from Seibert Media. We provide personal consulting and help with all concerns regarding the various Atlassian and Google systems. As the "Plus" in the name already reveals, the consulting package also includes many additional services.
If a company opts for one of our operational packages, Seibert Media takes over the full operation of its software. We take care of hosting, updates and maintenance. Support is available in German and English. It is important to us to offer individual solutions that fit the needs of the company.
Our user support package covers first-level support for Atlassian systems by Seibert Media. With our many years of experience and expertise, we are able to assist in-house support staff - quickly and flexibly!
