About this issue

There's currently a Known Issue when a user tries to allow access for Templating.app.

Users are not able to allow access. It circles back to the same request or you'll receive the error "Error loading issue templates Expected reject to be called with Error, got [object Undefined]"

This issue affects only a small number of users. If you are facing this error, please see the following work around. We are already in contact with Atlassian in order to fix the root cause of this problem.

How to fix it

  • Visit https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/apps
  • This page only shows a certain amount of apps
  • If Templating.app is not visible, please click on "Remove access" for other listed apps until Templating.app appears on the list
  • After removal please navigate back to the app and try to “Allow Access” again
