How to require signatures
You can require people who fill out your checklists in Jira or Confluence to sign it after completion. Signed checklists will also be locked and cannot be altered after completion. The signature will be performed with the mouse on a desktop computer and with your finger on smartphones and tablets.
1. Navigate to the Didit hub either in Jira or Confluence.
2. Select the template where you would like to require a signature.
3. On the right side, toggle on the "Signature" setting. Be sure to save your template afterwards.
4. Your checklist template will now require a signature!
There is a "Skip all open tasks & sign checklist" button which allows you to skip all the open tasks in your checklist in order to sign and complete the checklist.
