Does Linchpin Mobile only work with Linchpin?

Linchpin Mobile is in general compatible with any Confluence Server instance from version 5.10 onwards.

However, since some Linchpin Mobile features are based on other Linchpin Suite apps, these features will only be available if the corresponding apps are also installed in your Confluence instance.

Which Confluence versions are compatible with Linchpin Mobile?

The Linchpin Mobile app is compatible with Confluence version 5.10.0 and later.

Can I use Linchpin Mobile on my own device?

Theoretically, every employee can access your intranet with the Linchpin Mobile app.

Even employees who do not have their own computer or email address, it can access the intranet. All they need is an Android or iOS smartphone.

How secure is Linchpin Mobile?

To ensure the security and integrity of your data, we use end-to-end encryption to protect all information. The data on the employee's mobile device is encrypted, then transferred to the Gateway Service and forwarded to the Confluence system. Only then can the data be decrypted and finally processed.

This not only ensures that //SEIBERT/MEDIA can not access your information, but also protects your data from unauthorized access by third parties.
