Hi, I´m Desi!
I've been working at Seibert Media for about three years now, specifically as a designer for our product draw.io. Now that my role in the team is changing, we're looking for a cool successor for design - starting immediately. To give you a better idea of the product, our team and my daily tasks, I'll give you the lowdown here.
draw.io is an app for visualizing ideas, concepts and structures within the Atlassian solutions Confluence and Jira. Our product is the market leader in the Atlassian Ecosystem and helps companies around the world visualize the most important content in their organization every day. 99% of the Fortune 500 use our technology, making draw.io the most important component in Seibert Media's portfolio.
Like our app, our team is multinational; currently we have nine colleagues spread across Germany, Canada and the US. We hope you can fill a role in the team we are missing, to create diverse visual content for the draw.io products. This includes, for example, the development of the corporate design, the design of websites and landing pages, or the creation of online advertising banners, social media graphics, and newsletters. Holistic event design - from the creation of roll-ups and flyers to trade show booth design - would also be part of your duties. You will be involved in all project phases - conception, design, implementation and testing - and will also contribute to the establishment of design guides and design systems.
You will mainly work with Figma, but also use the common Adobe graphics programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or make changes yourself directly in Wordpress or Confluence, where your HTML and CSS skills will help you. For projects, our content creators (text + video) as well as our developers are regularly on board to support you.

draw.io - What is it actually?
The draw.io application is developed by JGraph Ltd and is based on the open source software diagrams.net. Seibert Media is the joint venture partner of JGraph Ltd in the Atlassian Ecosystem. Our part of the partnership includes marketing and sales activities to further expand and strengthen our market position. We also provide support and training for the use of draw.io in conjunction with Confluence and other products.
