Hi, I´m Mike …
... and I am Head of Marketing for draw.io. We are responsible for a lot of different web offerings: websites, weblogs, social media, newsletters and other public info pages. The team's tasks include marketing, sales and support, as well as content creation and editing.
Your expertise will help us with the following:
- First level responses to prospect enquiries: Respond promptly to prospect and customer enquiries received through email, support tickets and internal requests. If necessary, determine if the communication needs to be handled by another team member (escalated, or sent to JGraph for a technical response).
- Manage voucher/discount program: Asses and validate discount requests. Process voucher codes accurately and carefully. Track all promotions.
- Lead qualification & campaign coordination: Coordinate manual and automated campaigns targeting evaluators. Identify high priority prospects, establish contact through suitable channels, and provide a warm hand-off to the Product Evangelist. Provide feedback and advice on campaigns to the team.
- Deliver demos and webinars: Assist the Product Evangelist with demos and webinars for prospects, and take the lead in follow-up campaigns to attendees.
- Assist with CRM maintenance: Help the Product Evangelist maintain our Hubspot instance. Ensure contacts are kept up to date, automated campaigns are functioning, and messages are being received/responded to properly.
