Introduction

The Design Workshop is the core event to specify the layout of the intranet. Designers and consultants from //SEIBERT/MEDIA work with you in an interactive format to design the layout for your new intranet. Whiteboards and post-its will be used in various ways. Our goals for this workshop are to develop the basic layout including all elements, such as a logo, corporate guidelines and matching the corporate design. In addition, the contents of the dashboard and the space homepages will be defined.

Important: The Design Workshop is an interactive day where participants need to bring their creativity. To prepare for the workshop, all participants should familiarize themselves with the Corporate Design, and include a link to it from this page.

Target group

The customer's project leader and project team, as well as representatives from corporate design or the design department should attend. The project leader, designers and consultants from //SEIBERT/MEDIA will attend.

Goal of the design workshop

Determine the theme of the intranet taking into account the corporate design guidelines.
Define the content elements, dashboard layout and space homepage layout and content.
