Session information

Introduction

This session of the workshop covers the definition of the intranet's navigation structure. In this interactive session, participants from various departments and groups work together, using card sorting, to define a customizable navigation structure for the company's intranet.

Important: To develop a clear navigation structure, the user profile must be defined. Therefore, Linchpin User Profiles is covered first in this workshop.
