The General Agreement is the overall general contract for a Linchpin intranet project. It has to be signed by both parties.
The Software License Agreement defines your rights as a buyer of software licenses towards us as a seller. We are the retailer of the software you buy and grant you rights. The developer of the software might be a third party.
The Software Maintenance Agreement defines your rights as a buyer of software made by //SEIBERT/MEDIA. We are the developer of the software you buy and grant you rights. The retailer of the software might be a third party.
The Atlassian Customer Agreement defines your rights as a buyer of software made by Atlassian. Atlassian is the developer of the software you buy and grants you rights. The retailer of the software might be //SEIBERT/MEDIA or a third party. This is the equivalent to our Software Maintenance Agreement for software made by Atlassian, not //SEIBERT/MEDIA.
As part of our collaboration, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is necessary for us to be able to act as a service provider for you on our joint project. Many companies have their own NDA template, which we will be happy to review and discuss with you. Alternatively, we have a standard document that meets general requirements. The document is formulated as a unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement and only needs to be signed by us.
The following Insolvency Agreement grants you the right to use the purchased software, where we are the developer, and regulates the transfer of the source code of these software programs in case of insolvency of our company. The document is formulated as a commitment from us to you and must only be signed by us.
