The concept workshop is where you will decide on the personalization features that are build into many of Linchpin's core and optional components.
It's a flexible workshop that may run over multiple days, depending on the components that you have chosen to implement.
Personalization options chosen during this workshop may also affect the administrative configuration, navigation structure and design of your Linchpin intranet.
Target group
The following people should participate in the first day of the Concept Workshop:
- Project leader and project team
- Representatives from IT
- Representatives from Human Resources and the employee representative group (worker's council)
