Go to Confluence administration → Linchpin → Enterprise News → Personal News Subscriptions. Once there, navigate to the Statistics tab.
Give others permissions to view statistics
Above the statistics, there is a section called Entitled user or group. Here you can enter users (or groups) who should be able to view statistics. Don't worry: nobody gains admin privileges here. These permissions apply only to news statistics.
These users can access the data via the user menu as well. Other users won't see that entry in their menus and don't have access to the data, even if they enter the page's address manually in their browser.
