Grant edit permissions to users

Not every user can edit News Magazines by default. But the configuration isn't limited to administrators either.

An administrator can give any user the permission to edit and create News Magazines.

To do so, navigate to Confluence administration > News Magazines > Permission Settings.

To grant edit permissions to a user (or a group), input their name into the text field, select the user or group from the recommendation and click on the + Add button.

Info

All users with administrator status automatically have all relevant permissions for News Magazines.

Remove edit permissions

To remove edit permissions, click on the Delete  button next to a username or a group's name. In the following pop-up windows click on the Confirm button.
