Navigate to the More tab within the mobile navigation.

In the upper right corner of the app, click on the Edit  button.

Click on the Camera button  located on top of your profile picture.

Select Camera to take a new picture with your device's camera and upload it to Linchpin.

Select Choose from gallery... to select a picture located on your device and upload it to Linchpin.

Crop and move the image to your liking. Use the slider and your fingers to position the picture in the circular frame.

Then, click on the Check/Accept button.

Afterwards, click on the Save button in the upper right corner.

Navigate to the More tab within the mobile navigation.

In the upper right corner of the app, click on the Edit  button.

Click on the Image button  located on the right bottom corner of your background image.

If you wish to remove the background image, select the Remove background image option.

Else:

Select Camera to take a new picture with your device's camera and upload it to Linchpin.

Select Choose from gallery... to select a picture located on your device and upload it to Linchpin.

Crop and move the image to your liking. Use the slider and your fingers to do that.

Then, click on the Check/Accept button.

Afterwards, click on the Save button in the upper right corner.

Navigate to the More tab within the mobile navigation.

In the upper right corner of the app, click on the Edit  button.

You can now edit any profile field.

Click on the profile field you wish to edit.

If it's a text form-based field, you can enter your own text (for example: projects, hobbies).

If there is a pre-defined selection available, you can choose from available options (for example: languages, software skills).

If it's a user selection field, a new window will open. Enter the name of the user and select them to save them, for example as your superior.

When you are done, click on the Save button in the upper right corner.

Tooltips in your profile

You can now display a help text in your profile on mobile devices by tapping on the tooltip icon.

This can help you out when you're not sure what a profile field really means.
It's not just helpful with simple profile field names like "Entry Date" or "Birthday," but also with more complex ones like "Borrowed Equipment".

Click on the tooltip to display more information. If you then need to make changes to your profile, simply do so accordingly.

When you are done, click on the Save button in the upper right corner.
