Learn how you can create and manage your events.

Create event

If you want to create an event, head over to the Event Hub and click the "Create event" button located in the top right corner. This will open the event creation dialog.

In the event creation dialog, you can enter all necessary information about your event. Each event must have a title as well as start and end dates. The optional description can contain any additional information about the event, such as a course summary, a location, pre-requisites or video conference details. In addition, you can specify wether an event is on-site, remote only or a hybrid event, wich can be attended both remote and on-site.

After filling out the details and clicking "Create event", your event will appear in the Event Hub.

Manage event

You can also manage your events in the Event Hub. To do so, locate your event and click on the dot menu located on the event card. A dialog menu will open where you can select to edit or delete your event.

Edit event

Clicking on "Edit event" will open the edit dialog, which is very similar to the create dialog. You can make changes to all event details here. Click on "Update event" to save or "Cancel" to discard your changes.

Delete event

Selecting "Delete event" will bring up the delete dialog, where you will be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the event. You can abbort the delete dialog by clicking on "Cancel".
