Add users to your contacts

To quickly add a user to your contacts, navigate the the user's profile.

In the header, click on the  Add to contacts button. Click on the ★ Remove from contacts button if you wish to remove the user from your contacts.





My contacts macro

The "My contacts" macro shows your favorite users in a compact list. From there, you gain access to their profile and can organize them according to groups you have created. You can also add notes to your contacts. Notes are visible only to yourself. To display the note, click on the info button  below the edit button.


 


Macro configuration

Inside the macro, you can limit the list of your favorite contacts to specific user groups. For example, you could limit the list to display only Confluence administrators.

Enter the name of the group (or multiple groups) you wish to limit the list to. Leave this field empty to display all user groups.

 

 

 

List configuration

You can add notes to your contacts and assign them to groups.

To enter the edit mode, click on the edit button  to the right of the contact's name.

Notes can be added inside the upper text field. In the lower field, you can assign the contact to a group/multiple groups. Click inside the text field to display all existing groups. You can also enter a new group name.

Click on the Save button to save the changes and refresh your contact list.
