Pricing
We offer fixed prices for migrations. The prices for a migration depend strongly on your technical requirements and which database system you use. Therefore, these must always be considered individually.
We can give you a quote as soon as we have a Support Zip from you. From the Support Zip, we can generate an overview of your instance: version used, database, the number of projects or areas, and the add-ons used.

Migration of your existing Atlassian system to an operating package
Our system administrators will perform the migrations of your instance. The project is implemented by an experienced team consisting of system administrators and technical consultants. A test migration will then be performed. When that is successful, a productive migration will be carried out upon approval and coordination. We will then perform an update to a current version of the application! We will then hand over a stable and optimized system to you, the customer, when the migration is concluded.
The service is performed via remote maintenance so that we need a system administrative access to your existing system. This can be provided either directly from the Internet or via an IPSec-based Site2Site VPN.
