Using this relatively new technology, we can hold a telephone conference with you and your employees while looking at the same computer screen. This forms the basis for a workshop in which we teach you how to use the wiki software. This workshop is highly recommended, especially if your users aren't extremely technically oriented and/or you want to achieve a very high level of use in your wiki.
